The MOON CIRCLES
Yet somewhere along the way we have lost the connection with our precious inner wisdom.
We have forgotten how to nurture and care for ourselves simply and naturally.
Our fast paced lives have drawn us towards choices of convenience over quality, of synthetic over natural, of quick fixes over true holistic healing.
Superficiality has become the norm and as we drown in the sea of materialism that surrounds us, we long for connection and meaning in our lives, for spirituality.
Our natural hormonal equilibrium can become disrupted at times through our menstrual life cycle affecting our moods, our sleep patterns, the condition of our skin and our intellect. These changes can be bewildering and leave us feeling vulnerable and alone.
Yet it is not impossible to go though these phases of change and growth gracefully, with the support of the feminine community and the wisdom we collectively hold.
The knowing of the wild woman, the natural healer, the witch, the intuitive one, she who stands in her strength, every female can access.
Yoga teaches us that all the answers lie within, that we already have that wisdom, this is true and with a little help we can tap into it.
Cellular intelligence, our body’s own wisdom, teaches us everything we need to know, once we tune in.
It’s our birthright, our sacred power, our inner healer, our feminine intuition.
C&J have dedicated their working lives to the research, study and embodiment of yogic and natural healing practices. Their true desire is to share their wisdom with all women who feel inspired to live a life of joy, harmony and wellbeing.
The Moon Circles is a sacred space that C&J have longed to hold for all ladies, young or mature, wild or wise, who wish to be part of a supportive community of women with the desire to take charge of their lives simply, naturally and intuitively.
An open heart and mind, acceptance and kindness are the only qualities you need to cultivate to be part of this journey with us.
A circle of feminine solidarity.
Claudia Jones
As a practitioner and Master-Teacher of Reiki, lover of all things natural and simply…. spiritual, in my twenties my friends called me “white witch”. After studying for my degree in psychology and having travelled around the globe, I devoted myself to running my holistic health and yoga centre in the UK. I spent hours studying….aromatherapy, massage, reflexology, colour therapy, flower remedies, crystal and sound healing, yoga and more, I loved it all.
A few years later and now just into my thirties, India was calling me. I wanted to deep dive into the essence of this mystical country and fully explore the roots of yoga so I sold my centre and India became my home for the next three years. Here I became strongly rooted in spiritual practice, met my husband, David and began to host my own retreats. But we had to face it, life there in the long term, in spite of our love for India, was unsustainable.

Unconventional as well as packed with wild travel. Usually perched in a tree, whipping up stuff in a kitchen, toasting records or hitting a yoga mat in a studio but rather, by a river.
From Turkey to India, via Thailand. Through Africa and the Caribbean, Hawaii, North and central America to name a few places in which pieces of my heart were left. Lands that were roamed at my paste, which is slow.
India stole my heart, but gave me in return something grand after my first few initial visits. YOGA.
And India will never be done with for me! Back and back and back…. a deep belief is strongly instilled in me, never over with. For sure there is a karmic relationship between the land and me.
